ILERI Group Announces the Addition of New Machineries

ILERI Group has invested in new machinery that will enable to handle short runs more efficiently. The investment has already created additional jobs at the company.

ILERI has kitted out Mazak VTC-300C II and Haas HS-1, which are vertical and horizontal machining center respectively. VTC-300C II is a highly versatile vertical machining center with a large 2000 mm table cross dimension and high speed rapid traverse of up to 36m/min. HS-1 is a horizontal machining center with pallet size of 16 x 16’’, and 24"X, 20"Y, 22"Z travels.

Deputy managing director Gurhan Hornbay said: “Our ongoing investment program, combined with the development of our technical team, is in response to increased demand from existing, long-term customers and keeps ILERI Group at the forefront of the international market as new opportunities present themselves.’’

In addition to the move, ILERI also heavily consider investing in new machinery to increase its capacity, with the company planning to purchase additional CNC machines.
